Indian Springs Villas are 4 three-story buildings with elevator service and curbside parking. They have recently undergone extensive renovation. Condo units are 2 to 3 bedroom/2 to 2.5 baths with screened porches that overlook the Intracoastal Waterway.
Mariners Point condos are in three buildings with elevators and curbside parking; two of the clusters have direct waterfront views of the ICW. Some villas have lofts, but most are 2-3 bedroom/2 bath flats with enclosed porches. The complex has onsite pool and tennis.
At the Village of Skull Creek, All these groups of condominiums are constructed in multi-story buildings with distinctive red-tiled roofs. They are located along the Intracoastal Waterway at Skull Creek, near the Marina. Configurations include 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 full baths.
